Pet Policy

We love your furry friends! The Shoals Apartments welcomes up to two dogs and cats per apartment and uses Petscreening.com to screen all pets. For the comfort of all our residents the following breed restrictions apply: Akita, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pit Mix, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Shar-Pei, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf, Wolf Dog Mix, and any hybrid or mixed variations of these. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 for 1 pet, $600 for 2 pets and monthly pet rent of $20 per pet.
